1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and delivered.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference issues
  • Size mismatch
  • Personal preference
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

2. Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Exchange is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects.

Conditions for exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof (photos/videos) of the defect must be shared

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Blouses stitched as per measurement
  • Sale or discounted items (if mentioned)

4. Exchange Process

Once the defect is verified, an exchange will be arranged for the same product or an equivalent product (subject to stock availability).

Shipping charges for exchange may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.


5. Delivery Damages

If the product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video (if available).


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.


7. Color & Design Disclaimer

We try our best to display accurate product colors and designs. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
