1. Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.
2. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of order confirmation is final and inclusive of applicable charges unless otherwise mentioned.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or advance booking confirmation.
Srilina Looms reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock unavailability, technical errors, or incorrect pricing.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects and must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Items must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In original condition
With tags intact
No exchange will be provided for:
Color preference issues
Size mismatch
Change of mind
5. Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Only exchange (if eligible) will be provided as per the exchange policy.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
Srilina Looms is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Custom Orders
Customized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
8. Care Instructions
Traditional handloom and khadi products require proper care.
We recommend dry cleaning for sarees, embroidered blouses, and premium fabrics to maintain quality and longevity.
9. Liability
Srilina Looms is not responsible for damage caused due to improper handling, washing, or storage after delivery.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
